Kaisea is a client that has been with me about three years! She had been on Optavia for 12 months prior but plateaued after losing some weight but wasnt close to her goal. At the time, she was consuming 1100 calories a day and diligently tracking every calorie and macro.

I convinced her to go on a reverse diet. We increased her calories by 300 each month, increased her protein and fiber, and increased her water intake. By the time she increased up to 2800 calories, she was down about another 30ish pounds. She was eating more, feeling better, and losing body fat. Fast forward to today and she has lost even more bodyfat and still moving toward her goal! Sometimes the answer isnt just eating less and moving more. Hope this helps someone

We finished up the 12-week challenge last week and I have been so proud of everyone that participated. Maintaining a health routine for three months can be daunting and overwhelming, but each individual took on the challenge and did their best with the guidelines that were given!

While everyone did great, I specifically want to give credit to the winner of the challenge!! Michael Bohenko saw amazing results. Specifically, he put on 14 pounds of muscle and dropped over 10% body fat! Those results are a reflection of his dedication, commitment, and consistency!!

Not only did he get great results, he’s also walking away with $1000 cash!!

Proud of you man!! Such amazing work!
