If you are a founder whose team uses Claude Code every day, this is your bill, not theirs.
If your CLAUDE.md explains your directory layout, you pay for that paragraph on every session, across every person on the team. The model can read the directory.
Same for skills installed once, MCP servers from finished projects, and plugins that return nothing.
How to save tokens in Claude Code:
Step 1: Open Claude Code.
Step 2: Type /doctor.
Step 3: Read the report, then decide what to cut.
The Claude Code /doctor command runs every read-only check first and reports back before it changes anything. Nothing moves until you approve it.
What does /doctor do in Claude Code that your team could not do by hand? Nothing. It checks unused skills, MCP servers and plugins against their context cost, CLAUDE.md content a session could derive from the codebase, duplicate rules, colliding agent definitions and leftover installs. Anyone could audit that. Nobody does.
Claude Code /doctor is the check, not the receipt: I am showing it running, not a before-and-after.
Try it out and let me know how it goes. Run it, then tell me what it flagged first.

DUBAI.. we did it AGAIN..
And I’m sitting here just.. GRATEFUL..
Look at these faces.. founders who gave up their evening to learn how to build a Business Brain.. AI agents that hold their knowledge and run the work..
The questions.. the energy.. the conversations after..
I don’t take a SINGLE bit of this for granted..
4 years ago I was posting videos from a small office in South Africa hoping ONE person would find them useful..
Now I get to show up in DUBAI.. stand in front of founders.. and do the thing that sets my soul on FIRE..
I get PAID to do what I LOVE..
How blessed is that..
To everyone who showed up tonight.. THANK YOU..
This is the ripple effect.. you help one business owner.. they help their family.. their team.. their community..
That’s the whole mission..
PRAY HARD.. WORK SMART.. and TAKE ACTION
IS POSSIBLE..
IMPERFECT ACTION is ALWAYS better than PERFECT INACTION..
If you run a business and AI keeps handing you generic work, it is not because you picked the wrong tool. It is because you have only ever given it generic input.
A web design brief came into my inbox. One clarification call. Then I asked Claude Code to fetch the brief from my email, fetch the notes from the call, and build.
Under an hour. Ten plus pages. Mobile optimised and built to what they actually asked for.
Now, before you get too excited, that is not the out-of-the-box result.
It worked because Claude Code had already been trained on how I build websites. That is thirteen years of my own decisions sitting in a system it can work from. The tool brought speed. The judgment was already mine.
Three things that made the difference:
1. The brief and the notes stayed where they lived. Nothing was re-typed into a chat box.
2. It had my process, not just my task. The reasoning was the input.
3. It built to my standard, because my standard was in the system.
Save this post for when you sit down to try it.
The ones winning with AI are the ones who turned their own knowledge and skills into systems that run around the clock. AI on its own is great. Paired with what only you know, it is a superpower.
And none of us want to look back in five or ten years wishing we had started sooner.
So today: install the Claude desktop app and open Claude Code. Even if it feels intimidating, just try it.
If you would rather build it with someone who has done it before, that is a Buildout: brain.asmaldigital.com
What does your business know how to do better than anyone else?
If you can't automate that one tool, it is not because your business is too niche or too old fashioned. It is because nobody ever built the integration, and until 21 July that was the end of the conversation.
You know the tool. You typed its name next to "Claude integration" or "Zapier", found nothing, and that job has been manual ever since. Somebody on your team still does it by hand every week.
Then Record a Skill shipped.
It lives in the plus menu inside Claude Cowork. You hit record, do the job once on your screen while you talk through what you are doing and why, and Claude learns it. Then it runs the job for you by driving your actual browser. That is why it works on software with no API and no connector at all.
Before you go looking for it, four limits:
1. Mac app only. Not web, not mobile.
2. Pro, Max and Team. Not the Free plan.
3. Ten minutes per recording, hard limit. So record one decision rather than one whole job.
4. Everything on your screen is captured while it records. Close what you would not screenshot.
Save this post so you have those in front of you when you try it.
And one rule, because this is where most people will waste the feature: if the tool already connects to Claude, do not record it. Just ask. Recording is for the software nobody ever built an integration for.
I have written up the rules and the limits, including the five workflows worth recording first.
Comment RECORD and I will send it.
Which tool in your business has never had an integration?

Most business owners are paying about three times too much for AI, and it has nothing to do with their subscription.
They never picked a model.
Claude 5 has three, and they are not a good-better-best ladder. Each is priced for a different kind of work.
Sonnet 5 is your default. Anything you run more than 50 times a month: call summaries, email and lead triage, first drafts.
Opus 5 is for work that earns. Client proposals, pricing models, agentic builds, production bugs. Anywhere being wrong is expensive.
Fable 5 is for the once-a-month problem. A full teardown, a large migration, research worth five figures.
Here is where it actually bites. Running 200 call summaries costs about $8 on Sonnet 5 and $26 on Fable 5. But 100 agent runs costs roughly $320 against $1,070.
Same work. Around $750 a month apart.
Agentic loops eat your budget. Not chat.
So which Claude model should you use? Ask what a mistake costs before each task. Nothing, it is volume, go Sonnet 5. Money or a client, go Opus 5. Nobody has solved it yet, go Fable 5.
Stakes decide the model. Not your budget.

I posted this video to six platforms without opening a single social media app.
How do you post to all social media at once without a scheduler?
Most social media automation only schedules posts. You still edit the video and write six captions yourself. Real social media automation in 2026 does all three.
Step 1. Claude edits the raw footage, keeps the best take of every line, then watches the finished video back to check its own work.
Step 2. Claude writes a different caption for each platform, then critiques them and rewrites the weak ones.
Step 3. Once approved, it publishes to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
That is the whole social media automation loop. All from inside Claude Code. That is what social media automation should actually mean. The publishing layer is Blotato, built by Sabrina Ramonov. If you are into AI and not following her, you are missing out.
Good video editors are impossible to find. So I replaced mine with an AI video editing loop that checks its own work.
Here is the part nobody mentions. Claude Code cannot watch a video. It reads text. So it finishes an edit with no idea whether the edit actually worked, and a transcript will not tell you a word got clipped in half.
So I gave it eyes.
How does AI video editing actually work?
1. Raw footage goes in. A script finds every line I recorded four times and keeps the best take.
2. Claude Code makes the cut.
3. Gemini watches the finished video and reports every clipped word with a timestamp.
4. Claude re-cuts those exact spots, then it gets checked again.
It repeats until the report comes back clean. That loop is the difference between AI video editing that works and AI video editing that quietly ships you broken footage.
48 minutes of raw footage became a 13 minute training video. B-roll added. Zooms added. This video was edited the same way.
That is the entire AI video editing setup. Two models and a loop between them.
Comment CUT and I'll send you the entire guide.
You do not need to touch Claude Code to run AI in your business.
The owners I work with have bigger teams and less time. They do not want to get into the technical tools, and they do not need to. That is not their job.
We give them one dashboard instead. They open it anywhere and see exactly how their team's AI agents are working.
You are not operating the AI. You are overseeing it.

Prompting is over. Here is what replaces it.
The old way was prompting. You craft the perfect instruction and hope the AI gets it.
But these tools can now prompt themselves better than you can. So the skill that matters now is orchestration.
You are the conductor. You guide the tools, tell them what you want, and they go out and get it done.
That is the difference between using AI and running AI.
If you would rather have this built into your business than build it yourself, that is what we do. brain.asmaldigital.com
Share this with someone still writing perfect prompts.
Stop typing perfect prompts to your AI. You are training it on the edited version of you.
When you type, you fix your spelling and tidy your sentences without thinking. So your AI only meets the polished you.
When you talk to it in plain language, it hears the real you. The messy, thinking-out-loud you. And that is what it learns from.
I make tons of mistakes when I talk to mine. Rambling, half sentences, spelling all over the place. But because I just talk to it, it learns me better. The real me, not the edited me.
That is how your AI starts to sound like you, think like you, and work like you.
