Project SEARCH Bayhealth staff had the privilege of watching Tatianna Benson Parker receive an award from Goodwill at their Inspiration Awards luncheon recognizing her professional achievements since exiting the program. Tatianna was shy and quiet when she began Project SEARCH. During her year in the program and then her year working at Bayhealth Hospital, Tatianna has transformed into a confident, well-spoken, capable woman who is making amazing professional accomplishments with support from Goodwill. Thank you, Eileen Kemske for the gracious invitation to attend this amazing event.
