I have a group of excellent renters that any landlord would be pleased to have. I wish each and every one of them all the best.

Most know but in case you forgot. With lows in teens tonight and several nights to come and cold during the day. Just reminding you that you want to let your water drip and might open cabinets under sinks. Can not repair until it thaws so you be without water several days possibly.

Please remember to let your water 💦 drip during the freezing weather for next week. If your pipes freeze they will be that way for a week probably.
