Thanks to the insiders for this tip! Alderman Adrian Ballesteros has not resided in Dover for many months. He rented his home using Weichert Realtors at East Munson Avenue and moved to California. He missed several Board of Aldermen meetings since the summer 2022.

Taxation with no representation! Demand Alderman Ballesteros to resign immediately and pay back the salary received from Dover residents while he lived in California. Is this the type of transparency by the Dover Forward group which Ald. Ballesteros belongs?
