Hello and Happy Thursday beautiful friends! It’s your Ginger - Liz from Ginger Snaps and I just wanted to pop on to say thank you to all of you who have supported me through the years and some I’ve had the pleasure of just meeting. 😀😌

This year has not been the year I had envisioned however the year of growth, taking a step back, and re-prioritizing.

I hope and pray that you will take heart knowing that this year may not have been the year you thought but that God has you on a special journey. One that only can be taken with Him and seen with His perspective.

Praying for a fruitful year to all of those who read this.

I remember the first time I visited Dittmar Family Farms and Cole shared what he gets to do on the Farm with his parents and sister. It’s been such a sweet time watching him grow into a young boy. Stay little as long as you can.

Did someone say BEETS?! We did!

This week looks like beets will be harvested and in your CSA.

Don’t know what to do with them, our friends and

love making a yummy beer salad and wanted to share the recipe with you to enjoy too!!!

How to make:
After washing, wrap in foil with a drizzle of olive oil and red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. Cook 1 hour 500 in oven.

Once cooled chop and toss with sliced shallots or red onions and pistachios and balsamic vinegar.
Put on top of farmers or feta cheese.
