Thank you to our supporters! Even after the transition to Community Partners NH, you still pull through! ❤💗❤

Thank you for helping make NH Gives 2026 a success!

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, board members, employees, and community supporters, Community Partners raised: $5,000!

This year's campaign focused on supporting improvements to the residential recovery environments at Southeastern New Hampshire Services (SENHS), helping provide facility upgrades, recovery materials, bedding, hygiene supplies, and other essentials.

There are still 3 hours to give. Please consider helping and sharing!

"The people I met in Turning Point and at those early meetings are still the people in my life today. We were like family there."

Keri entered recovery after years of addiction, homelessness, incarceration, and countless setbacks. At Turning Point, she found the structure, support, and community she needed to begin rebuilding her life. Today, she is over three years sober, employed, managing a women's sober home, and helping others find recovery.

During NH Gives, your support helps ensure individuals entering recovery have access to safe, welcoming environments, essential supplies, and the resources they need to build a foundation for long-term success.

Join us today before 5pm and help create spaces where recovery can take root.

NH Gives is just *one week away* and we are excited to participate!
From June 9 at 5:00 PM through June 10 at 5:00 PM, Community Partners will join nonprofits across New Hampshire for 24 hours of giving.

Please give your feedback! 💕

We are asking our Strafford County neighbors to take a quick, anonymous community survey!

As your local community mental health center, we’re preparing to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), bringing together mental health, substance use treatment, and connections to primary care.

Your feedback will help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and what our community truly needs.

💙 Five minutes. Big impact.
💚 Take the survey and help shape the future of behavioral healthcare in our County!
