The 2026 Dover Duathlon was a huge success! Thank you to the City of Dover Parks and Rec and for all of your hard work on this event! Thank you Coach Eulonda for singing the national anthem and for volunteering all morning!!

Congratulations to our teammates and for their 1st and 2nd place finishes! We also took the opportunity to celebrate and thank our graduating seniors: team captain Lison Ziegler, Ava Larkin, and Julia Saleur!!

We kicked off Women’s History Month by racing the NCAA Super Sprint day two at the Clermont Draft Legal Challenge. Proud of these ladies!

Clermont Draft Legal: Our team had strong performances for today’s Super Sprint, with finishing 2nd, in 13th, in 18th, and in 23rd. We’re excited to race again tomorrow!

We’re leaving behind the snow and heading to the Clermont Draft Legal Challenge to race super sprint triathlons on Saturday and Sunday at 11:00am.

Congratulations to our teammate, Rebecca Jansen, who set two new DSU school records at the MEAC Indoor Championship! In the 3,000 meters, she ran 10:18.01 and placed 3rd in the MEAC. Then in the 5,000 meters, Rebecca ran 17:34.96 and got 1st place! Both of these times are also new Aruban National records. 🇦🇼

With two weeks to go until the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, Rebecca Jansen broke the DSU school record in the 3,000m with a 10:27.29! 💪 ❤️💙
