Got that 4th place call in loin Saturday in Sylvester ga out of 27 great cook teams. Also took 10th in pork butt.congrats to all who got a call.

Did a small choice brisket and some pork belly both come out great brisket was injected with dales marinade

Went down to highsprings fla. for the sweet meat butcher cook off walked away with a 1st place in ribs and 3rd place in pork butt thank you Mizell Honey LLC. For the jar of sweet honey I used on both meats if you want the best south ga honey look these guys up. Thank you Ira Kelly and team for a great event.
