One Fifty One

Attention all friends local to York County! We are holding a COFO YOCO information session next Sunday, February 25th from 4:00-6:00p at the River Hills Marina (this is a drop-in session, so come anytime during those two hours). You will be able to see pictures from last years’ camp, ask questions, learn more about camp and why we love it so much, and you can even register! Camp dates this year are July 13-20. Please bring anyone with you that you know that has expressed interest in coming to camp or helping in another way, such as providing a meal, leading worship, or helping us fill in the gaps where needed. Anyone 14 and up is eligible to attend camp, and all lodging and meals are included with camp registration. (You can also attend as a 13 year old, but your parent must also attend camp all week as a camper). Light snacks will be provided! Hope to see you next Sunday!

The address for the marina is: 54 Marina Road, Lake Wylie. You must use the front gate of River Hills (by Camp Thunderbird) and let them know you’re attending a meeting at the marina.

Camp 151 (a 501c3 non-profit) is looking for a dependable and affordable truck or van for our summer camp program. We need transportation for campers and for hauling building materials. Please send DM or email to [email protected].

Our tool trailer got a glow up today after being ransacked year after year💁🏻‍♀️ Under construction is our new shower trailer that will be used this summer at COFO Douglas and COFO YOCO. We are well underway with our winter planning retreat and are looking forward to seeing y’all in June and July!

WCNC Charlotte was able to pay our COFO YOCO site a visit one day a few weeks ago. Thankful that they shared the story of camp and the mission that we all love and share!

Organization making a difference by helping fix up home in York, SC The organization came to York to help 72-year-old Roxie Gray, who has lived in the home for 23 years.
