I have to admit that for a choke I find extremely easy to hit/do. I have the hardest time getting people to understand what I'm doing or what I'm trying to explain. In the way that I understand it. "DARCE"

I was talking to one of my students the other day and they were distraught after a session.
Just curious if any of you have experienced this.
