Phillips Farm

Picked 19.60 pounds this morning. As soon as i got done picking 1 pound was already spoken for and a call came in and the rest was sold. Message me to get an order in for the next time I pick. I might skip tomorrow to w**d and fertlize so I will pick again Weds morning.

I also picked 2 small crook neck squash. So hopefully that will set a chain reaction of them growing and reqdy to be picked faster like it did earlier this year

Inhave to go to toyota early tomorrow. If I can get up at my normal time I can get half the okra beforeni head there then finish up.. but I predict atleast 12 to 14 pounds of okra tomorrow. Ill keep yall updated

My okra field is open again. If yall waning to put in orders for fresh okra please let me know. Ir if you want to come pick we can work out a time for you to come pick. Gonna try to take is easy some today. Didn't get much sleep but I need to get things done so we will see how it goes.

We are now set up and open at the Ashford Farmers Market Ashford, Al for the last day of the farmers market. Come out and see all the goodies everyone has! I have a limited amount of okra... come quickly for it!

I think i need a new one lol... im guessing a mouse. Outside cats are not doing their job!

Tomorrow we will be in Headland at The Mule Barn Farm & Flower Market from 3pm to 6pm. Alot of jams, jellies, pickles, and honey products will be available.. including local creamed honey, munuka honey, orange bloom honey, and fire and golden honey. There will be no okra this time. Stop by and try some out of free samples!

More blooms on the squash with one growing nicely.. and blooms average appeared on the pickleing cucumbers!

Making some of my Hot(ter) sauce. If my mild is too mild and my Devil's sauce is too hot this is a good medium. Will ferment in high a high PH water with sea salt for 2 weeks. Then ill make the hot sauce. And no thats not the only peppers in it lol
