Hope everyone is alright after that micro burst we got around here. Did alot of clean up today. Harvesting got put on hold due to it lol. But ill be back at it tomorrow morning. Should have a bucket of okra again and hopefully a few squash. Will see how the tomatoes look. And I pray that the peppers really start picking up. They producing very slowly

Looks like I will have a good amount of okra this morning.. I am going to have to rip up a few rows of squash and zucchini to replant. The rain and heat laughed at my antifungal spray.

I love this egg cooker. Yes takes 22 minutes for a good hard boiled egg but the shell slides right off after and gives perfect eggs. The pot in the sink is the ice water for the cooked eggs lol

Im nixing the green hot sauce for now. It didnt turn out the way I like it and I refuse to let anything go to yall that I dont find acceptable

Hopefully this sun will come out and help these plants produce more after all this rain. My hottest peppers are still growing but green. I need them to change colors to be ready..

But sometime today I will be making my Mild green hot sauce for the first time this season. Not as many as last year due to the lack of production but I willnhave some available as soon as tomorrow.

PEPPER RELISH IS BACK YALL! it was a huge hit last year and I hope you enjoy it again this year. Its great with hotdogs, hamburgers, inlokentonputnitnin pasta sauce to give it a kick... my late wife put it on her pizza (dont ask me why lol) just a little bit goes a long way.
This is the mild one. There are no very hot peppers in it. The hottest peppers are jalapeƱos and Serrano peppers. The rest is a mix of hot bananas, tobasco, cowhorns, and other milder peppers. NO SALT, NO SUGAR! Pints are $6 quarts are $12. I do have a half pint tester for those who want to try before you buy!
