Blue Moon Cafe now operates Thursday through Sunday. Fly by night is open Monday through Wednesday! It's located directly adjacent to the brewery.
Fly By Night Grill is a catering kitchen for lease that opens up on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays to provide handheld "beer food" for Folklore Brewing and Meadery's patrons. Currently we have a rotating menu of sliders, wraps, soups, sandwiches, bbq and grill food. If you are interested in using our lease kitchen to enhance your own catering company, call us!

Soon to be announced, fly by night grill will be opening Monday Tuesday Wednesday with pizza, giant pretzels and beer cheese at Folklore Brewing & Meadery in Dothan, AL!

It's a busy weekend folks! Tonight Rick Craven is playing in folklore brewing's tasting Room and on Sunday we will have New Orleans style blues with the John Weaver show from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Rick Craven will be our # PickinOnTheFrontPorch with us from 7-9PM tonight! Come spend your Friday with us for local beer & music.
Joining us this Sunday 2-5 pm for a special show from John Weaver and enjoy food from Blue Moon cafe courtesy of fly-by-night grill from 1-6pm! New menu items every Sunday!
