Just bring those babies to the baby whisperer. ❤️ As she tells all the little ones, she will be their favorite doctor- and she always is!

🌶️ My spicy opinion:
Common doesn’t always mean normal.
All advice isn’t good advice 🤷🏻♀️
Which one surprised you most?
Your baby isn’t the only one who benefits from movement during pregnancy. 👏
That little b***y shake? It’s more than just a dance move.
Gentle pelvic movement can help reduce tension, encourage baby to find a comfortable position, and keep your body moving the way it was designed to.
And if your partner is helping with a Rebozo “shake the apple tree” technique? Even better. 🍎
This gentle sifting movement can help relax tight muscles and ligaments, ease discomfort, and create a little more balance throughout the pelvis.
Pregnancy isn’t about staying perfectly still, it’s about creating space, movement, and adaptability for both mom and baby.
Save this for later and tag a mama who needs a reason to shake her b***y today. 💃🤰
Dr. Jessica has a magic touch but she isn’t the miracle worker 😂 Although pain and symptoms can feel better after your first visit, it takes more than one adjustment to actually fix the problem. Don’t worry, if you find yourself to be of little patience, we know the man for you. 😂👏🏼
🐠 What is the guppy stretch for?
The guppy stretch is a gentle exercise we often recommend for babies who are holding tension through the front of the neck, chest, and shoulders. It can help encourage more comfortable movement, improved mobility, and easier tummy time.
Why do I pair it with chiropractic care?
Because chiropractic care helps address areas of tension and stress within the nervous system and body, while the guppy stretch helps reinforce that progress at home.
Think of it this way:
✨ Chiropractic care helps create the change.
✨ The guppy stretch helps support and maintain it between visits.
For the right baby, this combination can be a great way to support better movement patterns and continued progress outside the office.
The best results happen when in-office care and at-home support work together. 🙌
Save this for later and send it to a parent who might need it.
POV: You’re trying to explain where it hurts and suddenly anatomy becomes a foreign language. 😂💀 It’s okay, we still love and care for you, even if you don’t know your body parts.
Tummy time doesn’t have to happen on the floor. 👏
Using a yoga ball can make tummy time more comfortable, more engaging, and easier for babies who struggle with traditional tummy time.
These simple movements help support head control, core strength, body awareness, and motor development, all while keeping it fun. 🤍
Remember: it’s not about more tummy time, it’s about better tummy time.
Have you tried tummy time on a yoga ball yet? ⬇️
When you’re 40 weeks pregnant, every phone call lasts about 7 seconds:
“How are you feeling?”
“Pregnant.”
“Got it. Bye.” 😂🤰
That’s all the check in we needed 😂
It’s always interesting to me what gets labeled “controversial.”
Not because I tell parents what to do.
Not because I tell parents what to believe.
But because I ask questions.
Why does that baby only look one direction?
Why does tummy time feel impossible?
Why does feeding seem so difficult?
Why is everyone telling parents to “wait and see” when they know something doesn’t feel right?
I’ve spent years working with babies and families, and one thing I’ve learned is this:
Parents are often the first to notice when something is off.
That doesn’t mean every concern is a problem.
But it does mean parents deserve answers, support, and options.
So yes, I’ll keep talking about birth trauma.
I’ll keep talking about infant tension.
I’ll keep talking about tongue ties.
I’ll keep talking about torticollis.
I’ll keep talking about development.
Because helping families understand what’s possible shouldn’t be controversial.
👇 What’s something you’ve been told is “normal” that never felt normal to you?

If my baby hated tummy time, I wouldn’t start by forcing more tummy time. 👀
I’d start by getting curious.
Are they always looking one direction?
Do they seem uncomfortable on their belly?
Do they arch, fuss, or struggle to lift their head?
Do they tolerate it better in certain positions than others?
Sometimes tummy time resistance is just a baby being a baby.
And sometimes it’s information.
The goal isn’t surviving tummy time, it’s helping babies build the strength, coordination, and confidence that tummy time is meant to support.
The body often gives us clues long before words ever can. 🤍
