We’re looking for a Front Desk / Retail Assistant for our Enterprise location—someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a team environment, and knows how to make every guest feel taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

If you have 2+ years of retail and/or customer service experience, a positive attitude, and love all things beauty + self-care, we’d love to meet you!

This is more than answering phones and booking appointments. You’ll be part of creating the Rituals experience, supporting an incredible team, learning along the way, and helping make someone’s day a little better.
