Two sizes offer for you: A = Lunch Box - come with rice, cabbage and yum yum sauce. Lunch box is small, weight between 10oz to 17oz depending on your menu selection. D = Dinner Box - come with rice, mix veggies and 2 yum yum sauce. Dinner box is adult size, weight between 20oz to 35oz.

Hi everyone, I'm still travel on the road provide hibachi catering service in the tri-state.

I go as far as Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida and all over Alabama.

My service great for birthday, anniversary, graduation, and wedding rehearsal. I provide full setup; tables, chairs, linens, dishes and other feature as client wanted.

Menu selection: Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Scallop, Lobster, Shrimp, Salmon and Chicken. Meal come with rice, soup, salad, veggies and home made sauces.

The showcase come with flames, volcano onion, egg tricks, hibachi jokes and my personality. Yes, I've been hibachi chefs for over 35yrs. You won't be disappointed.
