In addition, several current students at The University of Alabama will have their scholarships renewed for the upcoming year.

Established in 1992, the Lawrence Harris Scholarship Fund was created to support Slocomb High School graduates pursuing their education at The University of Alabama. Since its founding, the fund has awarded 109 scholarships totaling more than $174,000.

Gracious God, on this Memorial Day weekend,

Today, we had the privilege of serving those who serve our community every day. In honor of National Hospital Week, a few of our team members grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for the staff at Wiregrass Medical Center in Geneva and delivered meals to several local doctors' offices as a small token of our gratitude.

We're thankful for the care, compassion, and dedication these healthcare professionals show to the Wiregrass each and every day. 💙
