🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll conduct regular audits across sewing line operations to ensure full compliance with quality expectations, including stitch count, cloth integrity, color accuracy, bias tape, and packing materials.
🛠️ Key Duties & Responsibilities
• 🔎 Perform spot checks on sewing operations, inspecting:
• 📏 Ruffle ratio
• 🧵 Stitches per inch
• 🧶 Cloth quality
• 🎨 Color codes
• 📦 Packing supplies
• 🗣️ Communicate any quality issues to department supervisors.
• 📝 Document findings in individual audit reports.
• ✋ Stop production immediately for items not meeting standards.
• 🏷️ Classify products as first, second, or third quality.
• 🦺 Follow all plant and job specific safety procedures.
• ➕ Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
