Sometimes the land finds a way to say thank you.
This heart-shaped potato was harvested from our regeneratively grown red potato patch, and to us it feels like a little reminder that when we care for the soil, the soil cares for us.
By focusing on healthy soil, biodiversity, and regenerative practices, we’re working with nature instead of against it… and moments like this make all the hard work worth it.

All hands on deck as we process chickens here on the farm.
In the middle of a busy day, we hit pause for a family style lunch together. These moments around the table remind us why we do what we do…working hard, sharing meals, and building something meaningful as a farm family.
Back to work with full hearts and full bellies. ❤️🐓🌾

Meet a few of the farm’s hardest workers 🤍🐾
This is Esther with two of her pups, Leah and Rachel. Esther is our experienced livestock guardian dog, and the girls are currently in training to follow in her footsteps. From watching over animals to keeping predators away, these dogs play a huge role in protecting the farm every single day. 🌾🐓🐐
Good morning from the farm! Breakfast from the pasture. 🌿
This morning we foraged lambs quarter right here on the farm…one of nature’s wild greens growing all around us. Fresh, nutrient-dense, and a reminder that good food doesn’t always come from a grocery store.
There’s something special about slowing down and gathering breakfast straight from the land. 🤍
