Foster Fest Dothan

Since Foster Fest Dothan is no more, I strongly recommend that you go support Wiregrass Car Shows and their "Cruise In at the Crossing" event every month.

Foster Fest Dothan has been shutdown permanently as requested by the city. I currently do not have a reason as to why. That being said, Rick and I would like to thank every single person who ever attended the event. Thank you to everyone who ever volunteered your time to help us manage traffic and spread the word about Foster Fest. We really enjoyed our time spent with the car community of Dothan and surrounding areas. Thank you to all the food trucks and Legacy Mobile Music Co. who kept the music going for the last year. Thank you all and stay safe out there.

Dothan Leisure Services has just officially shut Foster Fest down.
All Foster Fest events are as of now canceled.

For those of you that are unaware, the original Foster Fest was started by a man named Earl Daniels in 2010. His idea of Foster Fest was to show off cars in the Wiregrass Area. The idea took off, but years later Earl ( Red) became ill and died. His friends said Earl would love to see Foster Fest return to the grass roots car show style event that he originally had intended it to be.

Although we do appreciate the interest, Foster Fest only has a permit to allow one food vendor and one DJ.
It is possible for someone to pull a permit to allow more vendors for this event.

This month's event had 3 winners.

We're keeping an eye on the weather for the Foster Fest Cruise In . The forecast doesn't look great but maybe we get lucky. Also, I'm in Florida, so any real time updates from people in Dothan are welcome in the comments.
