We had an incredible evening at Fenway Park, complete with a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most iconic ballparks in the country. A special thank you to @weeisports for the warm hospitality and for hosting us in the WEEI suite during the Red Sox game against the Reds. From the amazing food to the great conversations and unbeatable view of the game, it was a night to remember. We also had the unique opportunity to step inside the WEEI broadcast booth — a space that’s been home to so many legendary moments in Boston sports history. It was a real honor to get a closer look at what goes into live radio coverage during a Sox game. Happy Marathon Monday! Since my days in Boston Public Schools getting the day off and going to the 11 am Red Sox game, today has always been one of my favorite days of the year. 🏃 ⚾️ ☀️

On what feels like the first real day of Spring, I’m wishing all of my family, friends and clients a joyful Easter.

All Rebecca knew was that there had been an incident between her disabled, non-verbal daughter and a teacher, and that her daughter was scared and covered in bruises. For over a week she wanted to make her daughter feel safe again, but how do you do that when the school wouldn’t even tell her what had happened or who was involved?

I’m proud to represent this family in their search for justice for their daughter. Children with disabilities are among the most vulnerable members of our society and deserve a voice. We are grateful for the New Bedford Police and the one teacher’s aid (out of four adults) who spoke up for this non-verbal child.

I have handled many cases for victims of assault and battery and sexual assault. These victims are always among the most vulnerable and often would have stayed hidden without someone being brave enough to speak out.

Hay-Mac teacher charged with assault and battery on intellectually disabled student - The New Bedford Light The mother of the 11-year-old victim said she was “left in the dark” about the alleged assault for nine days.
