🧱 So far, only 9 German Tiger tanks still exist in the world
Oorlogs museum temporarily housed a Tiger I, one of the most iconic German tanks of World War II. The repair work of this tiger has taken eight years. The appearance has now been completed. The goal is to make the tank fully operational in the coming years, despite the technical challenges posed by the lack of original parts. For further repair, the fuel tank will be returned to its owner.
Come see living history for yourself! 👣 Tiger One is still on display in the museum.. 🐯
Can't make it to the museum? No problem! ✈️
We've created an incredibly detailed Tiger 1 building block model that faithfully recreates this masterpiece of military design. From its powerful 88mm main gun to its intricate suspension system, every element is designed for an authentic building experience. 🔧

Why the Sturmtiger Was Too Dangerous to Survive?
In 1944, as the Red Army closed in on Berlin, Germany needed a weapon that could destroy entire buildings in one shot.
So they built the Sturmtiger — a Tiger I chassis fitted with a 380mm naval rocket mortar. Each rocket weighed 761 pounds and could flatten a house at 1,500 meters.
But there was a problem:
It was so heavy, so complex, so dangerous — even its own crews feared it.
Only 18 were ever built.
And only one survived — now displayed in Moscow.
Now, you can build your own in 1:28 scale, with 1,394 precision pieces, full interior detail, and working mechanics.
This isn’t just a model.
It’s a tribute to the darkest chapter of armored warfare.

Why Do People Still Love the Tiger I?
It’s been 80 years since the Tiger I first rolled into battle—yet it remains the most iconic tank of World War II.
Why?
Not because it was perfect.
It was heavy.
Complex.
Hard to maintain.
But it was feared.
With 100mm frontal armor and an 88mm gun that could destroy enemy tanks at 2,000 meters, the Tiger I didn’t just fight—it dominated. Allied crews were told: “If you see a Tiger, don’t engage. Call for help.”
Only 1,347 were ever built.
Yet its legend grew far beyond the battlefield.
Today, people love the Tiger I because it represents something rare:
✅ Engineering audacity – Germany pushed limits, regardless of cost
✅ Mythic status – Few machines have inspired so many books, films, and museum exhibits
✅ Timeless design – Bold, symmetrical, instantly recognizable
And now, you can honor that legacy on your desk.
Our 1:28 scale Tiger I model (1,361 pieces) captures every detail:
Rotating turret with elevating main gun
Opening hatches + fully detailed engine compartment
Realistic suspension & working tracks
24 historically accurate crew figures
This isn’t just a build.
It’s a conversation with history.

Our latest build — the S-51 Self-Propelled Gun — started with a classic KV-1 chassis. But instead of keeping it simple, we asked: “What if we add real engine internals? What if the suspension actually works? What if every panel tells a story?”
So we did.
🔧 Inside this 885-piece model, you’ll find:
A fully built engine and transfer case (yes, inside the tiny 1:40 chassis!)
Distributed access panels — not just for looks, but for easy disassembly
Dual-layer road wheels for smooth rolling and authentic grip
A 203mm cannon with realistic recoil structure and elevation control
It’s built almost entirely from traditional bricks — no gimmicks, just clever engineering.
The result? A model that doesn’t just sit on your shelf…
It invites you to open it, tweak it, and understand how it works.
Perfect for builders who love mechanics, history, and that satisfying click of a well-designed system.
