“Challenge overcome! In our latest project, we were faced with a poor fill that would require an innovative solution.
We dug 8 feet deep removing the poor fill until we found bedrock. We then implemented a compaction and stabilization process in 1 ft layers with compacted landrock, this fill is confined every 2 feet with a geotextile to give the fill structure. We repeated the process 4 times until we reached 8 feet deep.
The result? A stable and safe fill

Remembering 2 years ago the beginning of the construction of the emblematic work of the artist called that was part of the exhibition by . We start with concrete pour in the Slab on grade on October 31, 2022 and then raised the metal structure and structural metal wall frame.

Spacious living area with stunning waterfront views! 🌊 The vaulted ceiling with Tongue & Groove wood adds height and warmth, while large impact windows bring in natural light and open up the space to the outdoors. The exposed brick fireplace is a standout feature, blending rustic charm with the home’s modern, open design. Concrete and wood elements throughout create a balanced mix of industrial and natural vibes.

Significant remodel of 1950s home with magnificent view of the intercoastel. Remodel included 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, lurching living areas and exterior repairs.
