There is an electrical issue effecting our nachusa tower site - we should have the equipment back online shortly

We are investigating weather related outages in the Polo, Shannon and Lanark areas.
We are investigating several weather related outages.
One tower site west of Shannon had the structure damaged and will require extensive repairs. We will post updates as we restore services

Update: All services should be fully restored.
A large tree just fell on the power and fiber lines outside our office. We are switching everything over to backup connections now and should have service restored shortly.

Update: All services back online.
There is an outage in in the Sterling area - we should have everything resolved shortly.
For our customers with ASUS routers that have no internet, or internet that only works for 5-10 minutes after power cycling your router: We have implemented a fix to correct the issue.
Please unplug your ASUS router AND the power supply for the dish (small, white box near router) from power for 30 seconds and plug back in. If you regain internet service, but lose it again you will need to follow an update procedure, please send us a direct message for instructions.
We have identified the cause of the issue as the following: Approximately 5:30AM CST on 5/17/23 ASUS pushed a non firmware update that is causing routers to lock up within 5 minutes of booting up, immediately after synchronizing their date and time. Unless they are on the very latest firmware version.

New updated tower map - Over the last several months we have added nearly 15 new tower locations! We now have much more coverage in and around the Morrison, Prophetstown, Hooppole, Walnut and Sheffield!
