Brown Swiss and guernsey dairy cows on spring pasture! 💗
I can see spring in the cream! This is my cream separator. Cream comes out the right spout and skim milk out the left. Magic! See how yellow the cream is? The color comes from the fresh spring grass the cows are grazing. Expect rich yellow butter, naturally! We have raw whole milk (also A2 options), raw cream, and raw butter available!

My counter recently…freshly foraged golden oysters (to be sautéed with wild onions), brownies by Evelyn, wheat bread dough rising, and fresh made mozzarella from this mornings milking.

A view of which I never tire. Growing up I always dreamed of one day having a herd of beautiful dairy cows. When I imaged them, they looked just like what I see today; strong, sleek, colorful cows dotting the green pasture.

New at the farm! Wool Roving and Duck Eggs. Wool roving can be used for felting projects and spinning for knitting. The wool is from our small flock of cross bred ewes. $20/8oz. We also have raw wool available for gardening, trapping, etc. The duck eggs are Jumbo size. We are having a spring special of $8/doz. We also have extra large chicken eggs if a variety of colors!
