I may have been MIA for the past few months, but never fear!! I have the sweetest surprise for you 😉

I’ll be attending the Honeybee festival tomorrow!!! This is honestly a dream come true and I can’t wait to show off my goodies (plus some new flavors👀)! Come see me tomorrow from 10 - 4 at the Bibb Center in Whitebluff! I’ll be near the Dickson Bee Club😘

What an exciting weekend!! I’m so thankful to everyone who came out to enjoy my cookies, and the first set of Valentine’s Boxes went out!

God is so good, and I am beyond blessed to be able to do these things even when they bring so much stress lol. In the end it turned out good and I am so thankful for these opportunities!

I don't have any little history nuggets for this one, but this fun little square is a Red Velvet Cookie Bar!

Classic Valentine's dessert + cookie dough + white chocolate chips = Absolute Deliciousness!

It's time for a spotlight!! Here's a little history of Macarons...

Did you know that Macarons are thought to actually be of Italian origin, not French. Even though it is a French delicacy today, its ancestor was first made in the 1400s and widely baked in the monasteries of Venice for centuries.

These little sandwich cookies are finicky as all get out, and I have learned through trial and error, and lots of tears, how to make them. And let me tell you a little secret, the "Italian" method is so much easier than the French. When I made these specifically I thought I was gonna cry for joy because they turned out perfect on the first batch! What a relief😭

After that little Knowledge nugget, you can find these delicious macarons in my Valentine's Boxes! These treats are only in the Sample Queen and Lover's Box for anyone wanting try them!
