☀️ It’s hotter than the hinges of hell outside… and honestly, our kitchen agrees.
While we wait on a few things to get fixed, our house-made Spinach Dip and Bourbon Fig Lil Smokies are taking a little break today. We’re hoping to have them back tomorrow. 🤞
In the meantime, this Chopped Wedge Salad is doing exactly what summer food should do… crisp lettuce, tomatoes, crispy prosciutto, blue cheese, and all the cool, crunchy goodness your heat-weary soul deserves. 🥗
We’ll be over here sweating so you don’t have to.

Pimento cheese is one of those things people get weirdly passionate about.
Everybody’s grandma had a recipe.
Everybody swears theirs is the best.
Ours is made in-house with sharp cheddar, aged white cheddar, smoked Gouda, pimentos, and a splash of pickle juice 👀.
Served with warm flatbread, fresh cucumbers, and sweet tomatoes.

Remember when getting dressed up meant going to TGI Fridays, ordering a spinach artichoke dip the size of your head, and feeling like you’d made it in life?
Before it came frozen in a truck and showed up on every chain restaurant menu in America, spinach artichoke dip was THE appetizer. The one everyone fought over. The one that burned the roof of your mouth because nobody could wait.
Our version is made in-house from scratch and contains enough garlic to re-unalive an entire vampire village.
Grab a glass of wine, pull up a chair, and pretend it’s 1998 for a little while… just don’t go make-out with anyone after eating this.

People always ask why our salads are so good.
The answer is honestly pretty boring.
The lettuce was picked this morning (Thank You .dicksontn )
The cabbage gets cut by hand.
The tomatoes are ridiculously sweet.
No tricks. No shortcuts. No bags of sad lettuce hiding in the cooler.
Just fresh ingredients doing what fresh ingredients do. 🥗❤️
