Spring is right around the corner, and that means horse riding lessons are starting back up!! It’s the time of year to jump back in. Here are two new things that Old Oaks is offering this year:
(1) Group lessons will be offered in select situations. Please reach out to become informed on requirements for this program!
(3) Lastly— we are booking through “Cal” this year. I will post the public link in my bio!

I figure it’s about time to introduce myself, here’s a couple fun facts about me to help us get acquainted…
☀️Groundwork and young horses are my jam!! I love watching young and unhandled horses come to learn loving people is exciting.
☀️I have 5 personal horses! Dallas, Tulsa, Lucy, Kaya, and Loretta; along with 2 mini donkeys and a mini cow
☀️I have several spots opening up at the ranch, message me for more info!!

This lovely lady is up for sale due to absolutely no fault of her own! Firefly is an arabian and quarter horse cross, estimated to be in her mid-late teens, if she is in her late teens she sure doesn’t show it.
Firefly is a great trail horse. She will go over anything and everything. She does great at the walk, trot, and lope.
Firefly has been played around with on the barrels and has done her fair share of jumping, but I would not consider her even started in either.
VICES—
She needs a rider that the first time you ride her, she knows you are boss. She will likely test you the first time, nothing crazy, she will just plant her feet and not move.
When she is on clover she will spit it up, it is not harming her at all, it’s just funky. I can have the vet forward proof that it was looked into and nothing was wrong if needed.
She will be ridden daily until bought!!
