Hi! I'm Keisha Hosea, Realtor! I help empty-nesters sell their “forever" homes and buy the home that fits their new chapter

06/10/2026

Not because you have to. Not because something is wrong. But because you built a life in this house, and that life has changed.

The kids are gone. The rooms are quiet. And every time you make that trip upstairs to a bedroom that hasn't been slept in for months, some part of you already knows.

You don't need more space. You need the right space.

I work specifically with empty nesters in Los Angeles who are ready to sell their forever home and find what fits this chapter, not the last one.

And right now, the LA market is giving serious.

And right now, the LA market is giving serious sellers a real advantage. Equity is high. Single-story inventory in the right neighborhoods moves fast. If you've been thinking about this, waiting isn't protecting you, it's costing you.

DM me the word STAIRS and I'll send you the free Renew Method guide I give every client before they list.

It walks you through exactly what to do first, what to expect, and how to make this transition without the overwhelm.

Your next chapter is already waiting. The stairs don't have to be part of it.

As a sandwich generation caregiver, real estate investor, and Realtor... my version of "fun" can be a little unpredictable.

Sometimes it's brunch.
Sometimes it's travel.

And sometimes it's removing sticky strips tenants put on bathroom shower walls that absolutely should NOT have been there.

Friendly reminder:
Please don't hang sticky strips inside showers. What seems like a good idea usually turns into damage later.

Anyway... what's everyone doing for fun this weekend? 😊

And the worst part is… sometimes the story in my head actually starts making sense. 😂

You notice one weird thing during a house tour and suddenly your brain starts connecting dots that probably don’t even exist.

After enough showings, you realize every house has a story.

Some just feel a little more suspicious than others.

Tell me I’m not the only one who does this.

What’s the most suspicious thing you’ve ever seen in a house?

Everyone talks about “passive income” from real estate investing… until it’s time to actually manage the property. 😂

This week looked like:
• contractors
• deliveries
• repair calls
• cleaning crews
• paint touch-ups
• scheduling chaos
• problem solving all day long

Yes! We’re doing ALL the things!! 🙄

Owning out-of-state investment property can absolutely build wealth, but nobody really talks about the work that happens behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

Some days it feels less like passive income and more like project management with a mortgage. 😅

Still worth it though.

If you own rental property, what’s been your biggest rehab surprise? 👀

Would you rather have:
A bigger home or a better location?

(Here you could have both 😉)

You can tell a lot about a home by the way it supports everyday life.

Some kitchens just look nice in photos. 📸

Others actually make life easier.

More counter space.
Better flow.
Storage where you actually need it. 😊

Room to prep meals, help with homework, pack lunches, and still have space to breathe.

If you’re a busy mom, you already know the kitchen becomes the center of everything.

This coming soon home was designed for real life, not just for show.

Coming soon.

Message me before it officially hits the market.📲
How much do you love this kitchen?

And let the “adulting” begin! And I do mean for her and for us!

The feeling of having our last baby graduate is beyond words.

A few unexpected sprinkles couldn’t put a damper on this day. God is good!! 🙏🏽

So happy for our Kam and can’t wait to see what treasures life reveals for her.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration- Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic, Pomona.

So yes, hit us up if you know of any great opportunities. 😉
