This is just an example of our many talents. We made a hole in the side of this house and installed a new Andersen window. Also new hardi board cement siding installed. This is a big project of new windows throughout and new siding all around. If your in need of a project this big or smaller I would be glad to talk with you. Here’s a building in Ypsilanti that was built in 1872. Once it was a dentists office. We changed out all the old glass and fitted it with new trim. Just needs a coat of paint and it will be good for another 50 years. Does anybody recognize it? It’s in the historical district.

The last day on the job. Things are ready for the painter. Everything came together great.

Do we do floors ? Of course we do floors. Here is a hallway using a LVT type floor which looks like sheet vinyl when complete. Soft and warm, and a transition to a wood veneer flooring for a finshed living area. Both styles are a floating floor. Almost done.

Finally ready to start putting up drywall. Nice warm basement for this week of cold temps.

Took a couple of days off from the basement to install cabinets, and get ready for countertops to be measured. Going to be a nice family gathering spot.
