🎉 That’s a wrap on our 2026 Emerald Crossing VBS 🎉

Today we concluded our journey through Psalm 23. Our day was packed with fun from start to finish - watching even bigger science experiments, squeezing in a few rounds of dodgeball, and sharing countless laughs with friends. We also crossed the finish line in our Socks & Un**es 500, collecting over 100 packs of socks and underwear for the Dewitt schools.

As we close on another unforgettable week, we’re so grateful for every child, volunteer, leader, and family who made Emerald Crossing such a special adventure. Thank you for singing, playing, learning, serving, and growing in God’s love with us. Until next year… May the Good Shepherd continue to guide your path.

🎉🐑 VBS Day 3 did not disappoint!🐑🎉

Today we learned that even when life feels scary, uncertain, or lonely, God never leaves our side, just like David did.

We’re excited for all the fun our last day will bring tomorrow!

Day 2 of VBS is complete! 🎉🏹🪨🥔

Today we learned that no giant is too big for our God as we watched David defeat Goliath! What looked impossible became possible because David trusted that God would show up in a BIG way—and He did! 🙌🏻

The excitement didn't stop there! Our scientists put their aim to the test by slingshotting objects and discovering just how powerful a simple launch can be. And if you heard laughter coming from outside...yes, there was LOTS of potato throwing! 🥔😂

From cheering each other on to learning that courage comes from trusting God, Day 2 was bigger, louder, and even more exciting than Day 1. We can't wait to see what God has in store for the rest of the week!

Today was filled with laughter, learning, music, games, crafts, new friendships, and lots of fun as our kids kicked off an incredible week together. We can't wait to see what God has in store for tomorrow!

A huge THANK YOU to all of the volunteers who have spent countless hours pouring love into prepping for next week. Decorating day was a success, but it’s also been many months of planning, gluing, stapling, cutting, sewing, and praying. We could not have done this without you!

VBS Decorating Day is almost here! Join us on Thursday, June 11, from 9-11:30 to help transform the church into Ireland's countryside. Afterward, we'll enjoy a delicious pizza lunch.

Don't forget to register your kids before NOON TOMORROW to guarantee a VBS-themed shirt! Registration closes on Friday, June 12.

There will be no Kids Club classes this Sunday, May 24th (Nursery care still available). Classes will resume Sunday May 31st at 10:00 during our summer schedule!

Two of our favorite things in Kids Club are Forrest Frank and when the “big kids” come to visit us!

When we asked if they would make this video, the High School Youth Group students jumped in without hesitation. It was the perfect edition to our Move Up Sunday this morning. We are thankful for all they do for our Redeemer kids!

Join us tomorrow, May 13th from 11:00-1:00 or 2:00-4:00 as we prepare decorations and crafts for this years Vacation Bible School - Emerald Crossing.

With the half day of school, it's a great way to interact with others and High Schoolers can earn hours toward National Honor Society.
