This is the head to the 215 Plymouth. It needed quite a bit of milling to get the surface clean end to end. Material removed .025 so we'll be making a correction to the gasket. On the good side it's gonna raise the compression a slight.

This teardown is an older girl from 1954. Its a plymouth Cambridge with an inline 6cyl 215ci flat head, tired and dirty. This will need a more delicate approach to clean up but should come out ready for machining. more to come....

Here's one you don't see everyday but we see often when we're building race pieces. Customer asked, can't get the new intake to line-up or bolt down. Can you machine the intake to fit my engine? Custom engine builds do at times need some (little or allot) fitment. We milled .130thousandths off deck and .180 off the china wall ends. He says it fit perfect!

Finished up the machining, getting all the parts around for this Chevy big block, get the short block assembly together. Heads are close, still waiting on valves and springs to match the camshaft.
