And that’s our first batch of our Campfire Caramel Apple Bochet bottled, sealed and ready for final labeling!
Brewed as a cyser with caramelized raw Michigan wildflower honey and McIntosh apples, it punches in with a crisp cinnamon and candy apple that melts into a rich caramel & honey finish.

The caramel apple bochet has been racked and stabilized! Yielded about a gallon and a half.
Mind the headspace: back-sweetening will be happening in the next couple of days!
