Other Processors claim to have “Old Fashion” Dried Sausage.
But if you don’t see Natural wood piles like this at their facility and it doesn’t take them at least 6 weeks to make it then they are electric smoke and cooking it or swapping your order with someone who came before you.
No substitute for time 👍👍
