We pulled one deck board off this RV roof—and found standing water trapped underneath it. 💧

A tire blowout can cause a whole lot more damage than just ruining a tire.
This blowout tore into the floor, broke the axle hanger, and damaged the outrigger. Our crew repaired the floor, welded in a new axle hanger, and added a new outrigger to restore the structural support and get this RV safely back on the road.

One of the most overlooked causes of slide-out floor rot is the top edge of the T-molding not being sealed correctly.
When that seal fails, the molding acts like a channel—catching rainwater and directing it straight underneath the flooring. The damage often stays hidden until the floor becomes soft, swollen, or completely rotted out.
A small gap in sealant can turn into a major slide-floor replacement. Check your slide-out edges before the damage gets expensive.
