To all of the brave account execs out there - there’s a better way to break the prospect ice. (Hint: the answer rhymes with “spec spots.”)
We had a blast at Project Wombat last week in Detroit! It was phenomenal to meet in person again after two years(!) of remote work, Slack and Zoom calls.
Highlights included a surprisingly competitive round of Waymark trivia at The Loft // J'adore Detroit; introducing our out-of-state teammates to Detroit Style pizza and Belle Isle; and a tournament at Detroit Axe where we learned how to throw axes like pros...or at least like amateurs with pro enthusiasm. (No Wombats were harmed in the making of this event.)
True to our mantra of being difference makers, we also made time to volunteer by beautifying the gardens at Piquette Square with Southwest Solutions. We're proud to be part of a company that values giving back.
We laughed, we shuffle-pucked, we ate way too much. We celebrated our achievements, our challenges, our future plans, and our culture. We're more than just a team, we're . And we're the best Wombats in the world.
Thank you to everyone who came out and went all-in on Project Wombat. You made it memorable, meaningful, and magical. We can't wait for the next one.
