KODE Labs
Real Estate Technology Company
In this video, KODE Labs Co-Founder Edi Demaj shares what achieving FedRAMP® High means to our team and the future of KODE.
KODE OS for Government is now officially FedRAMP High authorized and listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace.
Buildings are critical infrastructure, and the technology operating them should meet the highest security standards.
Nearly two years of work with the U.S. GSA validated that the security principles embedded in KODE from the beginning can meet one of government technology’s most rigorous standards.
This milestone allows federal, state and local agencies, as well as public and private-sector organizations across different industries to modernize building operations, unify critical data and deploy AI-powered intelligence without compromising security.
It also gives us the opportunity to serve the country that made KODE possible - a responsibility we take deeply to heart.
We are proud of the KODE team that made this possible and grateful to Palantir Technologies for the FedStart environment that supported our path.
KODE is the secure operating system for the world’s most important real estate.

KODE Labs is now FedRAMP® High authorized! 🇺🇸
In September 2024 we won our first federal contract, a $14.35 million award from GSA's Public Buildings Service to bring KODE OS into buildings across the National Capital Region. We are proud to serve our government. GSA was where that started and FedRAMP® High allows us to scale to all government branches.
FedRAMP® High is the government's top standard for cloud software handling sensitive unclassified information. Clearing it through Palantir Technologies' FedStart program means any federal agency can now adopt KODE OS directly from the FedRAMP Marketplace.
KODE OS brings all data from the built world in a structure and ontology which enables outcomes that drives instant ROI.
"Reaching FedRAMP® High is a milestone we're proud of, but to us it means more than compliance. KODE's story began with the opportunities this country gave us and serving its agencies is our way of giving back. It reflects how seriously we take the trust these agencies place in us. It lets us bring modern building intelligence to the public sector while meeting the security and compliance standards these environments demand — helping agencies drive real efficiencies today, while building a foundation of normalized building data on an expandable ontology that's ready for AI tomorrow." - Etrit Demaj, Co-Founder at KODE Labs.
KODE OS is now available through the FedRAMP Marketplace under KODE OS for Government

Smart buildings don’t need more tools. They need connected operations.
Our Co-Founder Edi Demaj shares his perspective in Facility Executive Magazine on where facilities management is headed as AI enters the built environment:
"The buildings that succeed in the next decade will not necessarily be the ones with the most sensors, dashboards, or AI applications. They will be the ones capable of turning siloed data into action through coordinated operational intelligence."
AI can't fix a fragmented building, it will only inherit that fragmentation. Unify operations first, and AI becomes a multiplier instead of another disconnected layer.

Today, America celebrates 250 years of independence.
For all of us at KODE Labs, this country has meant one thing above all: opportunity. It’s where our story started, and we’re grateful for that today and every day.
Happy Independence Day from the KODE team.

Two weeks to go until 'The PropTech Silver Bullet,' and we're excited to be part of it.
Hosted by Trustek, the event takes place at 1 James Street on 9th July. Our Account Executive, Barry McCall, will be there, and we'll show you first-hand what a truly smart building looks like.
Most buildings run on a tangle of disconnected systems that don't talk to each other. KODE Labs brings everything into a single view, so building owners can run operations smarter, faster, and leaner.
See you there!
📍 1 James Street, London · 🗓️ 9th July · 🕒 3–5PM

Tomorrow, Art Gjyshinca and Barry McCall will be at Fulham Pier in London, connecting with commercial real estate asset management teams.
They’ll be connecting with industry peers to exchange ideas on portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and the technologies shaping the next generation of building operations.
If you’re attending, we’d love to meet and chat while we’re there.
Sending a technician to a site costs hours and money, and sometimes they arrive to find nothing's wrong.
Most platforms don't help you avoid that. They either detect faults or manage work orders. Few connect the whole loop.
The data to catch the problem early was always there. What's been missing is a way to turn it into something your team can act on.
In this edition of Inside the Dashboard, Charlie Cochrane shows how Fault Detection & Diagnostics in KODE OS takes teams from detection to resolution, without leaving the platform.
✅ All active events in one prioritized view, filterable by priority level
✅ AI-suggested root causes and recommended next steps
✅ Work orders pushed directly from the platform to your third-party system
✅ Assignee routing via text, email, or phone, plus fault acknowledgments
✅ Historical analytics across months of fault data
For building integrators, that means catching issues early, responding fast, and keeping systems running effectively, building after building.

Last week at Realcomm IBcon, EnerG was recognized with the for Best Tech Innovation in the Intelligent Buildings category.
EnerG came out of a problem we kept hearing from the teams we work with: utility and sustainability data scattered across portals, spreadsheets, invoices, and vendor systems, never quite ready when reporting season arrived. EnerG fixes that by centralizing utility data into one source of truth, validated with AI.
It transforms utility data from a reporting burden into a strategic advantage, allowing organizations to enhance data quality and focus on outcomes.
And the recognition tells us the industry sees it the same way.
Thank you to Realcomm for the honor, to our clients and partners for helping shape the product, and to the KODE team for turning an idea into something that's already delivering value across portfolios around the world.
Proud of this one.

That's a wrap on Realcomm Events IBcon 2026 🏆
Three days in San Diego, a booth that rarely had a quiet moment, and a community that keeps proving why this is the event we look forward to all year.
The headline: At the , we were honored to receive the Best Tech Innovation award in the Intelligent Buildings category for our latest product launch, EnerG ⚡
We've always believed that the future of intelligent buildings isn't about adding more software. It's about connecting the systems that already exist, making data usable, and giving operators the tools to actually act on it. Seeing that vision recognized by the industry means a lot.
A nod to our friends at QuadReal Property Group, who took home Most Intelligent Office Portfolio, and to Thano Lambrinos, who received the Julie Devine Digital Impact award. Exciting to see forward-thinking owners pushing the industry and proving what's possible when technology is paired with operational ambition.
Add to that the conversations, great panels, and a fully packed happy hour co-hosted with Andorix and Cochrane Supply & Engineering, celebrating with the people who make this community what it is.
And to Arta Pllana, Urtina Gashi, Saruf Alam, Sovran Berisha, Thomas Peters, Brian Klansky, Ben Dwyer, Edi Demaj & Etrit Demaj, thank you for the energy you brought to Realcomm IBcon all week.
Until next year 🚀
