Styrofoam doors. Close to completely finished. One room with fermentation tanks. Another room with bight tank. The room with the fermentation tanks will be held at about 50F. The room with the bright tank(s) will be about 40F maybe colder.

Added insulation and lights.

Found a beam in the basement with a crack in it. Turned out to have 3 cracks. So i had to shore it up. Decided to turn the space into my lager rooms for the one barrel system.

Working with the City of Detroit to put the 1bbl system in basement. It will be in the basement until I get the first floor brewing space together.

I need to update the pictures. It looks a lot better on the outside. Not enough change on the inside. Still struggling with the city. Drawing problems. Turned in a survey for one drawing. City said they wanted a fully dimensioned building drawing. So we gave them that. 3 tim3es actually because they said they did not get them. Then we hear back that that was wrong and they sent a description of what they wanted. It was a description of the survey drawing.

Good news from the National Home-brew Competition.

The Bent Rim Brew House is going to be dedicated to serving great food and beer. All beer will be brewed on site. Targeting opening late spring 2017. Come by and visit and checkout the progress and say "Hi!". We might have a little sample of home-brew for you to try. We brew a lot of different types of beer from lagers to IPA and stouts.
