RISE Conference

Unfortunately, we regret to announce that the RISE Detroit conference, scheduled for November 7-9, now will not take place. We are grateful for the support of many on a national, regional and local level, but we determined that it would be prudent to make the decision sooner rather than later in terms of not going forward with our November conference in Detroit.


The RISE Foundation was established to deliver a relevant and compelling professional development conference for educators. In cancelling the November dates, we will be looking to reschedule the event at a later date.

We're very much looking forward to November 2019 in Detroit, especially when we have such an amazing partner in Superintendent Vitti and the Detroit Public Schools Community District.
