The Xicano Development Center ( XDC) is a 501C3 non-profit committed to the well being of the Xicano, Latina/o and Indigenous communities.

The Xicano Development Center is a non-profit organization founded in 1997 in Southwest Detroit, also known as Mexican Town. A group of Chicano students from Eastern Michigan University, Michigan State and the University of Michigan came together to form a community organization that took the student struggle to our communities, to advocate for all Chicanos as well as recent Latino Immigrants.
