Our designs are manually digitized to insure the best quality and patching...we NEVER use auto-digitizing software’s. Equipped with the latest technologies (computer, digitizing software) in embroidery digitizing, all of our digitizers have at least 5 years of experience in the digitizing industry, many over 10 years. They are not just excellent in using embroidery digitizing software, but also knowledgeable about operating, or have in person operated embroidery machines. They know how to properly digitize a design based on different factors such as fabrics, textures, threads and sizes to ensure the best quality possible. Want a size change, color adjustment, modify text, etc., or if you not 100% satisfied with your sew out? We will revise your designs at no charge. If you are not satisfied with your design we will edit it for you for free until you are happy with the end result. Image formats we accept:

We take the raw input and recreate or redraw artwork in vector format to enable you to use it on promotional products, t-shirts, signage, documents, etc., and at any size without losing clarity! As the industry leader, we pride ourselves in exceeding expectations. That’s why our vector artwork files aren’t just “good enough,” they can be used over and over, for any application. Vector conversion is done by hand (mouse) and not through an automated process. This ensures that your logo is at the highest quality.
