The next Community Conversations on Cancer with Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute will be held at the on Wednesday, June 17 at 6 pm. Led by Drs. Craig Cole and Lara Sucheston-Campbell, the discussion will focus on what to expect after a multiple myeloma diagnosis and how to determine which treatment options might be best for you. This event will be held both in person at the Main Library and virtually via Zoom.

Rodeo at the on the Cass Lawn until 7 pm!

Today is the day! The Midwest Invitational Rodeo will be visiting the Main today from 3 - 7 pm. All activities, including pony rides, a petting zoo, and carnival games will take place on the Cass Lawn—rain or shine. Food and giveaways, including cowboy hats for the kids, will be available on a first come first serve basis. Please plan for the weather and use the library to cool off from the heat.

The participated in the first Summer Reading Button Exchange! Libraries across Michigan were encouraged to create 50 buttons that were then sorted, boxed and sent back so that everyone who participated received 50 mixed buttons from across the state.
