Comet Tsuchinshan and the Milky Way over Lake Hudson Panorama!
Got some beautiful Star reflections 🌌 before the wind picked up.

Taken on the night of Oct 21st while the moon was still hiding.
Noticed some wierd pink glow on the left side of the photo, probably light pollution!

Stacked in DSS and edited with photoshop.

Captured on the night of Oct 21 at Lake Hudson dark sky preserve.
I had to photograph the comet once more taking advantage of moon rising later around 10 pm! Since I captured it with a full moon out before. Glad I did that because the difference was huge and the comet was looking even brighter than how it was on Oct 17.

About 1 hr of data, 1 min subs
Stacked with deepsky stacker and edited with photoshop!

Comet Tsuchinshan–ATLAS over the fields of Michigan.

Taken around 8:30 pm just right when darkness hit. Sky and foreground were both lit by the full moon that kept on rising higher!
Glad I was able to pick some details on the comet with the 50mm lens during the full moon and before the comet fades away!

This is a stack of about 60 (4 seconds subs) , stacked in Sequator and slightly edited with photoshop!
Thanks for picking the spot near Bad axe while we were running out of time.. trying to get to port crescent state park!

Mars and Jupiter conjunction splashed with solar flares!
Ta**us constellation on the right side of the image highlighted be Hyades and Pleiades star clusters.

Light Pillars touching the Milky Way!

The aurora action was picking up here around 2:00 am, brought the idea to relocate our imaging equipment towards the middle of the park looking west since we didn’t have any clouds in the western skies. The view was breathtaking! It was my chance to shoot an aurora from south to north highlighting both our Milky Way and Aurora with pillars touching the zenith and beyond!
I had to put my car in the middle of the shot since there wasn’t a lot of interesting foreground elements to photograph, and it turned out just right 👌🏽

My first try taking a panorama with Aurora!

Pillars were rising high gradually on the night of Aug, 11-12. Scattered clouds almost never left that night, and created some dramatic atmosphere!
On the right side of the photo you can see Andromeda galaxy, joined by SAR.
The Pano was taken at 11:00 pm over Lake Huron!

The first one looks like a big monster to me!
These were taking with 8mm fisheye lens on a crop sensor canon rebel t7.
I was joined by in the second shot with dreamy like skies, filled with pink and green paint 🎨!

All Gases Checked ✔️ With this aurora shower!

This one was one of the first photos captured back on May10, I was undecided where to point my camera since the northern lights were dancing all over the sky!
Had to take a shot of the moon and it was mind blowing.. colors everywhere falling from auroral corona.. it’s like we were having an aurora shower!
