Took me longer than I expected but I finally finished this board for myself.

The Granolah arc was a little long winded but I was so juiced when this moment happened. I hope one day to see it animated!

Was very honored to have it signed by and at Motor City Comic Con before it was anywhere near finished. It was a pleasure speaking to both of you and the seeing the kind nature you show each and every fan, you give each person their time, their moment and it’s truly appreciated. I was sorry to hear you were feeling ill at that time and do hope you’re feeling better! I hope to catch you at LVL Up Expo in Vegas to have you complete the board!

First crack at painting cleats, really put the time into the prep and still had some struggles forgetting the basics back in the day when I used to stencil. After dusting off the cobwebs I was able to get through these. Painted with and coated with Angelus 4-Coat Matte. Had an absolute blast doing these.

As a U of M fan I couldn’t think of something worse than having to paint these shoes :-P But honestly I was very privileged to get to do these shoes for a lovely lady and dear friend to my wife. She’s a massive Michigan State Football fan and throws a big party every year for her friends and wanted to look the part. Not shown each heel has some text on it saying, “Go Green” and “Go White” respectively.

These shoes always present a different type of challenge and it’s a nice change of pace!



Paints used: & mixed my own glitter paints

Started working on another pair for myself, I wore the last pair of Star Wars themed slip-ons till they literally fell apart on me. Was a sad day having to lay my first pair out to rest.

I always loved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and nothing about that has changed. From the comics to the video games to any of the live action media or cartoons, I still love it.

Forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for late pizza.
