Just finished up an order from Tim for his new Street Glide in Kentucky! He chose the colors and designs to rev up his black Harley! I’ll post pics when he gets some of this on!

I received an order from “down under” Australia a couple weeks ago. Nigel wanted a more unique color and I found a translucent smoke vinyl that turned out awesome on his Ultra. He ordered the Fairing Eagle (which is a difficult install) and did a great job applying it! It’s the only one in that country and he’s extremely happy he got it!

Just launched a new Saddlebag/Fairing graphic! Different than the original Eagle fairing graphic, this one keeps the old school look! I've seen this one done before but it always looked wonky, squashed or distorted. I wanted to make this as accurate as I could.

Just so everyone knows, I found this video that I thought was educational. I did have a guy who just had his bike ceramic coated and his decal would NOT stick. So when I say the bags need to be clean? They MUST be free of everything. Not my video but still good to watch!

Ever wonder how a vinyl decal is made? Well it first starts out as a solid piece of 1mm thick, Oracal 651 vinyl . Its a thin vinyl that has an semi-permeant adhesive backing. Its placed into a Vinyl cutter (plotter) and the design is sent from the computer, to the cutter which then creates the desired design. Once the machine has finished cutting the design into the vinyl, the excess vinyl must be removed from graphic. More complex graphics require more time and technique as we use sharp "picks" to remove the small pieces inside the design. If you make a mistake and poke a hole thru something that isn't supposed to be removed, it can ruin the entire graphic and it needs to be recut. This is how the fairing eagle is "weeded" out. The first pic is not shown as its just a white sheet of vinyl.

The blue backing has a slick silicone coating and stays with the graphic until its placed on the surface of choice. A layer of transfer tape is finally placed over the finished graphic and its ready to package.

Once the graphic is received by the customer, the blue backing paper is discarded, leaving the vinyl stuck to the transfer tape. The graphic is then placed on the bike, rubbed down to allow the vinyl to adhere to the surface, then the transfer tape is removed to leave the graphic on the bike for years of enjoyment!

So it’s 5am here in Michigan and I couldn’t sleep. So I flipped on YouTube and watched some of the Sturgis rally. Guess what? I’m famous! I caught one of my original decals riding the strip! Scroll down in my feed to see the original on another customers bike!

Hi gang! Took a short vacation but back in the saddle again! All orders placed during the break have been shipped! You should be receiving them in the next couple days! Here is an order that is headed to Switzerland today to go on his Street Glide ST! He cut out the mock up to make sure they fit!

Anthony just sent me some pics of his killer Street Glide, he added the Street Glide Demon graphics to his saddlebags and they came out great! Those are some serious Fish Tails! Thanks Anthony!

Terry did a great job on the install of his graphic on his Red Road Glide fairing! His time and patience really paid off!
