"The Maya" which is named after the great Poet and Philanthropist Maya Angelou is truly poetic. Chef Erica makes the Arugula- Jalapeno Pesto from scratch, moist seasoned chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and finished with a balsamic reduction.
