Hello everyone! I know it’s been a minute since I’ve posted—our first year in De Soto was such a whirlwind, and thanks to all of you, I’ve been busier than ever! With everything going on behind the scenes, social media took a back seat (it really is a full-time job! 😅). I’m so grateful for your continued love and support!

I’m THRILLED to share some sweet news—we’re expecting a baby girl this November! 🎀 We’re over the moon and incredibly grateful for this new chapter.

That said, due to the nature of this pregnancy and a full schedule of multiple weekly doctor’s appointments, I’ll be taking a pause from Backwoods Bakery. With the added demands of travel and care, I won’t be able to keep up with baking at the level you all deserve. We’ll keep you updated on when we’ll be back in action!!

We are going on vacation Sept. 12th—22nd. Any orders that will be needed before Sept. 12th, we cannot accept after Sept. 2nd! Any orders needed after the 22nd, should be fine, but please give me a few days notice otherwise I may not be able to fill your order!

Just got back from Branson celebrating my 30th birthday and made myself some yummy treats! This one was a lemon cake with lemon curd filling and cream cheese frosting! 😍😍

I had the pleasure of making a bunch of Frozen themed desserts this weekend and oh my goodness, a little girls dream!! 🤩 Small cake, cupcakes, decorated pan of brownies, and cookies (not pictured). My camera does not like to pick it up, but the shimmer on these desserts was soooo pretty!

If y’all haven’t tried cinnamon roll cookies, YOU MUST! Who says you can’t have cookies for breakfast?! 😉😆💛
