The past two days have been eventful and inspiring. I not only attended the hosted by , but I also graduated from the Propel Your Growth Cohort and had the opportunity to serve as a vendor today.

As a first-time attendee, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I left with so much more than information. I gained valuable connections, practical business insights, new resources, and a renewed sense of purpose. From engaging workshops and panel discussions to networking with other entrepreneurs and community leaders, every session challenged me to think bigger and move more intentionally.

Graduating from the Propel Your Growth Cohort was a reminder that growth requires commitment, consistency, and a willingness to stretch beyond your comfort zone. It was an honor to celebrate this milestone alongside so many incredible women who are building businesses, creating impact, and pursuing their purpose.

Being a vendor added another layer to the experience. I had the opportunity to share the mission behind A Bountiful Solution, connect with amazing women, and have meaningful conversations about healing, personal growth, faith, and behavior change.

One of my biggest takeaways: Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you intentionally put yourself in rooms where you can learn, connect, and evolve.

As someone who helps women heal internally so they can execute externally, it was powerful to be surrounded by women who are committed to both personal and professional growth.

Here’s to growing beyond limits and becoming everything God has called us to be.

Peace doesn’t come from having all the answers.

Peace comes from trusting the One who does.

When we focus on everything that’s wrong, finding peace becomes difficult.

But when we fix our minds on God, we discover that peace was never tied to our circumstances in the first place.

Whatever is weighing on you today, remember:

God is still faithful.
God is still present.
God is still in control.

And that’s enough reason to have peace.

The rain has a way of slowing everything down.

Maybe that’s the point.

In a world that constantly tells us to do more, fix more, and figure everything out, God offers a different invitation:

Be still.

Not passive.
Not giving up.
Not avoiding responsibility.

Just pausing long enough to remember who is really in control.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is stop striving and trust God to do what only He can do.

Today, take a deep breath.

Be still.

And know that He is God.
