We can’t believe it’s been one year since we chose to close one chapter and open another.

This plant that was given to us on the last day of service at Hunan Star has never stopped blooming and we have enjoyed it every day.

We miss all your beautiful faces, but we are doing well. Enjoying our daily walks (Susan is the enforcer) and morning coffee without a schedule has been a joyous (and new) experience.

As we get ready for our last day of work, we feel a sense of sadness as we will miss seeing each and every one of you, and a sense of excitement for this next chapter in our lives. We hope to see you all today, whether it is to dine in, take out, or a drop in to say goodbye. Thank you so much for the last 26+ years. We are so grateful for you all.
