✨️ Operating a Black owned boxing gym in Des Moines is very challenging but Seeing the impact, unity, discipline, and positive change we are helping create in the community is what keeps us going.
We held our first Juneteenth Boxing Open Workout in the park, People of all shades, backgrounds, ages, and sizes came together to train, move, and be part of something positive.
Thank you to everyone who came out,shared the flyer, supported, and trained with us. This is bigger than boxing. This is community, culture, health, and growth 🥊
